Description of problem: xpa-2.1.15-2.fc20 requires tcl(abi)=8.6, but tcl-8.6 isn't available yet, not even in updates-testing. The current tcl-8.5.14-1.fc20 only provides tcl(abi) = 8.5, of course. Seems fixed for me now, at least. No problems upgrading/installing.
