Description of problem:
Am using the Juno 6 puddle, and the help link in the upper right-hand corner go to the RDO docs. Should go to the RHOS docs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open dashboard.
2.Click 'Help' icon (upper right-hand corner).


Actual results:
Goes to: https://openstack.redhat.com/Docs

Expected results:
Should go to RHOS docs: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_OpenStack_Platform/

Summer, how did you install? Packstack?

IMHO, tt's a common bug in the installer.

The link was updated in the meantime, but it points (till now) to RHEL-OSP5 documentation. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1173930. Maybe this should be closed, or the other bug closed as duplicate of this one (older)?
