How did you install horizon?

happens both via packstack and via Staypuft RHOS6 installation

The issue of this bug is usually in the puppet-horizon module of staypuft/packstack that have the help_url link old that need to be updated as usual.

I see the (wrong) default value in modules/horizon/manifests/init.pp, 
class horizon, value of $help_url of openstack-puppet-modules.
