Description of problem:

Allow mirror URL to be specified for "Repository URL"

How reproducible:

Every Time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Content > Products
2. Select Product
3. Click Repository
4. Specify Mirror URL for Repository URL

Actual results:

Whale fail!

Expected results:

Successful processing of Mirror URL

Additional info:

Being able to reorder the repositories (preferred mirror(s) or priority level)
Example: http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/publiclist/EPEL/#US for EPEL
