The mingw packages were deprecated in RHEL as of 6.3 and completely removed as of 6.6: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/6/html/6.6_Technical_Notes/deprecated_functionality.html http://wiki.centos.org/Manuals/ReleaseNotes/CentOS6.6#head-d5283164300146a4a0bbed63f40c34c78eb79c92 Therefore, EPEL is now clear to provide them. |
