Description of problem:Linphone is still on version 3.6 while version 3.7 is available.

There is poor audio and video quality between Linphone version 3.6 and version 3.7. 
Version 3.7 has been released since February 2014,yet it has not been updated for Fedora. It has been updated for other Linux based distros. 
Version 3.7 brings many improvements and bug improvements as well. 
Just to let interested developers know, I had no other way to let them know but to report it as a bug.

It requires new package belle-sip, see bug 1050744.
