netpbm and netpbm-devel both provide libnetpbm.so.11

with libnetpbm.so.11()

without libnetpbm.so.11()

netpbm-10.66.02-5.fc21 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 21.

Should libnetpbm.so.11.66 be a regular file, and both libnetpbm.so.11 and libnetpbm.so be linked to it?
AFAIK, libnetpbm.so.11.66 and libnetpbm.so.11 are better in package netpbm,
and libnetpbm.so is for netpbm-devel.

netpbm-10.66.02-5.fc21 has been pushed to the Fedora 21 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
