LdapExtLoginModuleTestCase and LdapExtLikeAdvancedLdapLMTestCase in testsuite/integration/basic should be extended to cover vaulted bindCredentials.

Verified on EAP 6.4.0.ER2.

Both new tests were successfully executed.
