Bug 1183808 was merged to the ovirt-engine-3.5.0-rhevm branch but missed the cutoff build.
As such, it's merged to the 3.5.0-1 next build.

ISO list of an ISO domain gets refreshed and ISO files are exposed. 
Tested with an ISO domain attached to 2 DCs using rhevm-3.5.0-0.30.el6ev.noarch, where the list was empty, then upgraded to rhevm-3.5.0-0.31.el6ev.noarch where the list contained all the ISO files as expected.

Used rhev3.5 vt13.9
