Feature: Integrating oVirt with Cinder to use Red Hat Ceph Storage. Currently, oVirt supports the integration only for Cinder which has attribute rbd_flatten_volume_from_snapshot as True. Reason: Manage storage in a different scalable and virtualized way. Result: oVirt Supports the integration of Cinder with Ceph backend (based on OpenStack with attribute rbd_flatten_volume_from_snapshot as True.)

Comment 2 Aharon Canan 2016-01-25 12:52:18 UTC
We tested all the flows and everything was verified except the snapshots part which is known issue from Cinder (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1485897)

We still have some bugs to verify.
Marking it as verified.
