Description of problem:

oVirt web-admin doesn't change iso domain state to, 'maintenance', upon domain's deactivation, instead the ui shows the domain as "Preparing For Maintenance",

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have a pool in status UP -1 host (spm), two domains.
2. Add a cluster with Gluster service enabled (only), and add a host to it (it's preferred that the host will be in status UP) - if the host is NonOperational you can disable the AutoRecovery for hosts.
3. Try to deactivate the domain

Actual results:
oVirt webadmin reports the domain as being, "Preparing For Maintenance" forever

Expected results:
domain status should change to 'maintenance'

oVirt 3.5.1 is out, retargetting to 3.5.2.

this ovirt bug was fixed during 3.5.1 cycle and is included in the build, and therefore should be verified.
