This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle. Changing version to '22'. More information and reason for this action is here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Program_Management/HouseKeeping/Fedora22 See https://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/tpokorra/mono for using the last version of monodevelop I stumble upon this legacy bug: https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=32162 Please provide a current monodevelop with the officially featured move to Mono 4 in Fedora 23. Is this bug forgotten? We should expect to get an also current monodevelop with all those mono4 features, no? Please update ASAP. As of today, latest release for the v5.10 series is 8 days old: https://github.com/mono/monodevelop/archive/monodevelop-5.10.0.811.tar.gz Propably regression of bug #1225201. 5.10.0.811 is Alpha: https://releases.xamarin.com/alpha-release-cycle-6-5th-alpha-preview-release-candidate-0/ latest stable is 5.9.7.9 according to http://www.monodevelop.com/download/ see also https://releases.xamarin.com/category/stable/ with a tarball 5.9.6.23 for http://download.mono-project.com/sources/monodevelop/ We have 5.9.6 for F23: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=monodevelop My intention is to use the fix mentioned in the upstream bug, and it says to be fixed in v5.10 series: https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=32162 Can you at least please provide some Copr build of v5.10? I create a corp for alpha and beta channel At the moment I package Mono 4.2 in https://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/elsupergomez/mono-alpha And I have some problems build Monodevelop 5.10.x caused for libgit2sharp When I can build I will push to copr.
