Monodevelop in Fedora is to old. 2.x branch Upstream version is on 5.x branch. Need an update for work with Mono 4. See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Mono_4 Could see spec changes needed in https://github.com/elsupergomez/lbs-mono-fedora/blob/master/monodevelop
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 23 development cycle. Changing version to '23'.
