Just to clarify, I downgraded the puppet to 3.7.3 to get rid of chkconfig issues as stated in comment 3, but still getting errors as mentioned in original description. Still an issue in recent nightly though upstream issue has been closed. Can you re-test with latest nightly and le tme know if you are still seeing this issue?
