Description of problem:
Trying to sync Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server - RH Common RPMs x86_64 7Server fail, showing a "Sync Incomplete" message in WebUI and a long traceback in production.log, starting with the excerpt below.

Bug #119487 seems to be similar, but I decided to open this one as the former was opened against 6.1.0.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create and import a manifest (in this case, using an employee subscription, if that matters)
2. Enable the RHEL 7 - RH Commons RPMs x86_64 repository
3. Start repository sync

Actual results:
Sync fails with above error.

Expected results:
Sync should complete successfully.

Actually I mean that bug #1191487 seems to be similar.

Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been
set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release.

It's worth mentioning that syncing the following repositories worked in this same system:

* Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server Kickstart x86_64 7Server
* Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server RPMs x86_64 7Server
* Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Server - RH Common RPMs x86_64 6Server

And the following FAILED as well:

* Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server - RH Common RPMs x86_64 7.0

Perhaps the problem is in the CDN, with RHEL 7 repositories.
