Also the add button in not visible in add new host. This issue is not reproducible in the latest upstream build, but still exists in 5.4.0.0.10 build. Verified: 5.4.0.0.11.20150309201930_8b6a235 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
