Doc Text:	This enhancement updates Packstack to retain temporary directories when running an installation in debug mode. This assists with troubleshooting activities, as retaining the temporary directories allows easier failure debugging. Description of problem: It is a good idea not to delete the temporary directories created by Packstack if there is any error and we are running in debug mode. This would simplify troubleshooting.
