Doc Text:	This enhancement updates Packstack to retain temporary directories when running an installation in debug mode. This assists with troubleshooting activities, as retaining the temporary directories allows easier failure debugging. As a result, temporary directories are not deleted when running Packstack with the --debug command line option.

Description of problem: It is a good idea not to delete the temporary directories created by Packstack if there is any error and we are running in debug mode. This would simplify troubleshooting.
