Description of problem:
Satellite notification emails should mention which satellite generated this email

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite-6.1.0-RHEL-6-20150303.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I installed several satellite instances and used my RH email id for email notifications
2. I got a lot of email notifications and now I dont know which email belongs to which satellite instance

Actual results:
The notification email does not have the satellite instance name

Expected results:
The notification email should have the satellite instance name

Since this issue was entered in Red Hat Bugzilla, the release flag has been
set to ? to ensure that it is properly evaluated for this release.

Verified as per Comment 3.

1. The subject of the email can be configured by Administer -> Settings -> General -> email_subject_prefix

2. Alternatively go to the email (in Zimbra for example -> Actions -> Show Original) to see the satellite server name in X-Foreman-Server.

This bug is slated to be released with Satellite 6.1.
