Fabian, Could you please help to build rhevh with VT14.3 vdsm to verify this bug?
Although we can check this vdsm bug on RHEL, but we never tried this on RHEL before, so to save time, we'd better to request rhevh build even scratch build, then we can verify this bug soon. Thanks.

Thanks chen's testing, and for hostvg should be waived, let's open node bug to trace thanks.

Based on shaochen report, I think this issue is resolved.

If we see the host vg (considered as FCP device) when creating or editing an iSCSI storage
domain, please open a new bug.

Comment 13 Ying Cui 2015-04-16 14:59:54 UTC
Chen already submitted the new bug to trace the new behaviors. so more update we can add into new bug.
Bug 1212349 - Boot lun should not be listed in iSCSI storage domain on rhevh 7.1 multipath host

The bug original description issue is already fixed and verified on rhevh builds rhev-hypervisor6-6.6-20150414.96 vdsm-4.16.13.1-1.el6ev.x86_64 and rhev-hypervisor7-7.1-20150414.63 vdsm-4.16.13.1-1.el7ev.x86_64

Thanks for yuci's help.

Add output of: (rhevh7)
realpath /sys/block/sda

# readlink -f /sys/block/sdc
/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:07.0/0000:28:00.0/0000:29:01.1/host0/session1/target0:0:0/0:0:0:1/block/sdc
