There should be basic monitoring of the hosts in the satellite infstructure (databse, servers, capsules, etc). Monitoring should include 

Heartbeat
CPU Usage
Disk Space
RAM Usage

Customer from case 01386027 weighed in a bit with a couple of requests for this RFE:

  - Number of entitlements available with totals broken down by org and contract numbers etc. (the more the better) including expiration's
  - Overall health of the server and all its databases.  any information to help head off potential service impact on the system
  - Ability to check the health on remote capsules and report on them as well
