1. Section 11.3. Adding a SmartProxy
2. Please add the steps to populate the smartproxy host 
3. On a new appliance when i try to add a smartproxy , the dropdown list is empty.

This is, unfortunately, a side effect of bug 1226306. The Smart Proxy was removed from 5.4.0, and this should have been removed from the docs.
