Description Sergio Basto 2015-04-19 21:25:55 UTC
Hi, we need perl-gettext for many Debian tools

Comment 1 Frederic Krueger 2015-05-07 16:50:00 UTC
Yep, same here; the missing of this package seems to be a blocker for the tinyca2 rebuild for epel 7 as well (read: all the other packages tinyca2 needs are provided by either redhat or epel 7.. except for perl's Locale::gettext). Please rebuild. Thank you :-)

Comment 2 Sergio Basto 2015-05-08 13:52:02 UTC
Be aware that exist perl-gettext-0:1.05-28.el7.x86_64 in epel repos but doesn't not exit in ppc64 version , because perl-gettext is part of CentOS main distribution, which is x86_64 only.

Ah.. I just checked in our satellite channels and sure enough, there was perl-gettext in RHEL 7 Server Optional (!), but not in EPEL 7. I feel kinda stupid now; been searching for that thing forever yesterday. Thanks for the info, Sergio :-)
