Description of problem:
We removed pm_ip_address from the history db ut still need to remove from the ad hoc domains.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install rhevm-reports
2.create ad hoc reports and try adding all the fields relevant to hosts
3.

Actual results:
reports fails

Expected results:
ad hoc reports should be created with no issues

If I try to add any column relevant to hosts, reports throws an error.

Tested on latest oVirt 3.6 with RHEVM reports.
jasperreports-server-pro-6.0.1-1.el6ev.noarch
rhevm-reports-3.6.0-5.el6ev.noarch

Please test with the latest build stated in the Fixed in version.

Yum prefers higher version, which is the one I had earlier, sorry I didn't see that.
It works correctly.
