Description Andrew Cannon 2004-04-23 14:37:41 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows NT 4.0)

Description of problem:
Performing a clean install of RH EL WS v3 is difficult due to the
lack of a graphical interface. No matter what options I use when I
start the installation program, I cannot get a graphical interface to
appear.

I have tried linux vesa, linux noprobe, linux nv etc etc

None of these will give me a graphical interface.

A follow on of this is that I cannot start X. There is no XF86config
file to use. startx doesn't work either. I think these problems are
related.
