Description of problem: Staring gnome-control-center is not possible

How reproducible: Start gnome-control-center

Expected results: gnome-control-center should be starting

This is a samba bug, we hit the same one in Fedora. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1214973
