Description of problem:

The embedded release notes /usr/share/doc/fedora-release-notes
differs from the release notes posted on the website 

In addition the /usr/share/release notes refers to Fedora 19 in some links.

Good grammar and good release notes.  The release notes should be on the wiki, where many eyes can see and improve them.

Your summary is different from your description and the attachment is different too.  The release notes are on the wiki during initial development and the copy changes have already been discussed, so that leaves the packaged relnotes: an updated package has been submitted.
