Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a role having access to optimize and in configure give access to mysetting,task and configuration->Accesscontrol in the product feature tree 2.create group using above role
3.create user with the above group 
4.Login and navigate to configure->configuration

Actual results:
Accordion misrendered and text "a , b" displayed in UI. see attached screenshot

Verified in 5.5.0.1-alpha1.20150915151429_2230bd4.
