it appears you're using RDO packages. can you restest using RHOS only? I've put up a review documenting how to do this: https://review.gerrithub.io/#/c/234349/ The issue doesn't reproduce now - using RHOS. marking modified since it's fixed now. Removing blocker since we're not supporting instack-virt-setup. Verified: Environment: instack-undercloud-2.1.2-1.el7ost.noarch The issue doesn't reproduce now.
