Comment 1 Olivier Fourdan 2015-07-07 15:29:37 UTC
Before I can move this bug to the correct component (could be a variety of possibilities, gnome-settings-daemon, or gdm, or gnome-session, etc.), I'd need to better understand what the problem is exactly.

Could you please be a bit more precise, what is the problem exactly with the Turkish language under Wayland and how can we reproduce it? Is it with the keyboard layout? Or the messages not being translated?

Comment 2 Hakan BAYIK 2015-09-15 19:42:38 UTC
Same problem here. I can write any of these letters "ı,I,i,İ" in Login Screen and on any other app. For example, I can write those letters in Terminal or on Chrome's adress bar. Only these letters are problem.

Comment 3 Erkin Alp Güney 2016-01-10 09:24:58 UTC
Yes, as Hakan described. Third level(AltGr+key combination) is also affected.

Comment 4 Fedora End Of Life 2016-07-19 14:44:08 UTC
Fedora 22 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-07-19. Fedora 22 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
current release. If you experience problems, please add a comment to this
bug.

Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed.

Comment 5 Erkin Alp Güney 2016-07-20 14:07:54 UTC
Still the same on the current release. Can sb retarget(I cannot)?

Comment 6 İbrahim Yağız BAYAZİT 2016-08-20 16:41:11 UTC
There is no solution of this problem i can find. When i use Fedora i just disable wayland at gnome-session.

Comment 7 Erkin Alp Güney 2016-11-11 08:04:27 UTC
Still present on the current release.

Comment 8 Erkin Alp Güney 2019-10-24 18:04:30 UTC
