Description of problem: Following translation issues have been observed on Services - Catalogs - Catalogs page. Please refer attached screenshot and TCMS link https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/run/247967/#caserun_10025076 for more information.

1. On Services - Catalogs - Catalogs page, the table headers as well as pagination info at the bottom are untranslated. Please refer attached screenshot table headers2.

2. The configuration drop down contains strings which are not translated. Also the tool tips for list view, grid view, download, reload current page, history are untranslated. Please refer attached screenshot config drop down2
