Description of problem: Following translation issues have been observed on Services -> Workloads -> VMs & Instances page. Please refer attached screenshot and TCMS link https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/run/247967/#caserun_10025524 for more information.

1. On Services -> Workloads -> VMs & Instances page, the strings in the configuration, policy and life cycle drop-downs are not translated. Also the tool-tips for these 3 dropdowns as well as grid view, list view, tile view, history, download are not translated. Please refer screenshot 'config dropdown3'.

2. The pagination info. at the bottom is not translated.

3. The table headers appearing after clicking on provision option under life cycles drop-down, are not translated. Please refer screenshot 'table headers3'
