Description of problem:Following translation issues have been observed on Clouds -> Availability Zones page. Please refer attached screenshot and TCMS link https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/run/247967/#caserun_10037127 for more information.

1. On  Clouds -> Availability Zones page, the 'policy' drop-down contains untranslated strings. Please refer screenshot 'availability zones'. 

2. The tool-tips for policy drop-down as well as grid/tile/list view are untranslated. Also the pagination information contains untranslated strings.

3. The table availability zones is in English and so are the table headers.
