I used usb-hdd + grub2 booting from iso-image. grub2 config: https://github.com/thias/glim/blob/master/grub2/inc-fedora.cfg  

I have success with burned iso on dvd!

But, i want install fedora 22 from iso-image on usb-hdd with grub2. Can you help me?

Another user experienced a similar problem:

Occured when running Install to Hard drive. Fedora 22 spin with KDE Plasma on DVD.

Wollte Fedora installieren, dazu CD eingelegt, Fedora Live gestartet, Installation to hard disk ausgewaehlt, Fenster zur Sprachauswahl erscheint, dann gleich die Fehlermeldung: unbekannter Fehler aufgetreten.

Another user experienced a similar problem:

Just for fun I change the order of the my disc drivers to move my boot drive off the add (but old) sata2 drive connections to my sata raid/ahci (even older still) hardware connections.  Still can't install.

How are you creating this media? Something is creating UDF instead of ISO9660, and blivet knows nothing about UDF.
