Description of problem: Following translation issues have been observed on Infrastructure -> Providers page. Please refer attached screenshot and TCMS link https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/run/247967/#caserun_10100728 for more information.

1. The title 'EMS Infras' is in English. Also the drop-downs configuration and policy contains untranslated options as well as tool-tips.

2. Also the tool-tips for grid/list/tile view, download are untranslated.

3. The 'add new EMS Infra' page shows some English strings. 

4. The page 'EMS Infras' shows English strings.
