Description of problem:
When I try to access node details from the GUI, I get "the address wasn't understood" and my URL link changes to: horizon:infrastructure:nodes:detail

Steps to Reproduce:
1. isntall undercloud and get the gui accessible
2. register some nodes
3. go to nodes tab and click on one of the nodes

Actual results:
unknown URL

Expected results:
Opened page with node details
