rhel-osp-director: the network variables in /home/stack/deploy-overcloudrc are being ignored for overcloud deployment.


Enviroment:
instack-undercloud-2.1.2-1.el7ost.noarch

Steps to reproduce:
Follow the steps in this guide: https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack-m/docs/internal/master/basic_deployment/basic_deployment.html

1. cp /usr/share/instack-undercloud/deploy-baremetal-overcloudrc ~/deploy-overcloudrc
2. Edit the file and configure the subnets to match your environment.
3. source deploy-overcloudrc
4. continue with the guide - deploy an overcloud


Result:
The overcloud subnets have different settings:

The created subnets should match the values configured in the deploy-overcloudrc file.

The unified CLI has changed the way these parameters are defined. Instead of using environment variables (which is what happens when you source deploy-overcloudrc), the parameters are passed on the CLI to the openstack command.
