Make document list a panel instead of a drop-down. This will allow more information to be displayed (when the panel expands), allow for faster navigation through multiple small documents, and provides the groundwork for being able to filter the document list

Panel should slide in on the left of the window to show a simple document list. When stats and other information are added to the panel (separate RFE), the panel should be able to expand to show the additional information in a tabular layout.
