I don't think there is any way this will be addressed in EPEL6, even if ipython 0.13.2 is affected.

I don't think this applies to the ipython in EPEL7 as we don't ship the notebook components.  But I've made an update to 3.2.1 anyway.

ipython-3.2.1-1.el7 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 7 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
