We need template paramaters to control NEUTRON_L3_EXT_BRIDGE = Provider or br-ex and Other service like LBaaS V1/V2  FWaaS.

OSP-d 10 already has support for NEUTRON_L3_EXT_BRIDGE. As far as LBaaS we have an ongoing effort to support Octavia. As for FWaaS we do not expect to add Director support for it at this time.
