I cannot reproduced this issue with the current master. I believe this has been fixed by https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/4451 Please test with the latest master and let me know if the problem can still be reproduced. This is no longer present in 5.4.3 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
