Description of problem:
subscription-manager-gui preference dialogue doesnot list service-levels and available releases but I do see the list of available service-level and release on GUI

I see the service-level and release list on CLI,but fails to list on GUI preference dialogue,please attachment for the same

    1245557: Fix release and service level preferences
    
    The combobox widgets for release version and service level
    in the preferences dialog were showing up empty. They were
    missing a CellRendererText() added to the entries, and were
    not being rendered.

Marking verified as service-levels and release versions are seen in the dropdown of prefrence dialogue
