Description of problem:
React support needed to build 0install, which is FTBFS since it was disabled in F22. Note: this is not bug 1048367 - react was enabled then and then disabled again since 2.4.5

Also, I've registered ocaml-lwt in release-monitoring.org, it just needs to be toggled on in pkgdb

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
