The lab controller page should be ported to backbone to:

1. provide a REST API
2. use the API by back bone

Functionality should be as equal to editing a lab controller and hitting save.

Increasing the story points since it turned out that this task is more complex for me than anticipated.

Moving status back to NEW and postponing the work here, since there are more important things to work on at the moment.

I'll finish this off now to get it out of the way. Otherwise the patch will become to old to make any use of it anymore.
