Steps to Reproduce:

1.Add a RHOS provider to CFME.
2.Add AQMP credentials for the RHOS provider


Actual results:

On the summary page of a RHOS provider,'AMQP Credentials' field is listed as '<Unknown> Credentials' in the Authentication Status box.


Expected results:
------------------
The '<Unknown> Credentials' field should be replaced by 'AMQP Credentials'.
