Openstack Cloud provider shows <Unknown> Credentials in the Status box when AMQP credentials are provided

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to Clouds -> Providers 
2.  Click on an Openstack provider
3.

Actual results:
The Status box shows:
<Unknown> Credentials	Valid

Expected results:
It shows AMQP Credentials status.

Additional info:
A similar bug has been reported for the infra provider:
