Description of problem:

No vertical/horizontal scroll with mouse wheel on gtk apps (term, gedit, etc.)


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

GTK 3.17.6


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open term
2. type enough commands to get a vertical scroll
3. Try to scroll using mouse wheel

Actual results:

no vertical scroll with mouse wheel.

Only occure using regular Gnome.
Mouse wheel is working well on Wayland
