Description of problem:
When I insert an image in gtkhtml-editor-test, the image is not displayed, just the placeholder icon.

In evolution composer inserting images works ok.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gtkhtml3-4.8.5-1.el7

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run gtkhtml-editor-test from terminal
2. Insert an image
3.

Actual results:
No Image is displayed

Expected results:
Image is displayed

Similar to bug #1255829, gtkhtml-editor-test is meant for testing only, but the change for this issue is pretty simple, thus I'll include it.
