Description of problem:
libinput is a build dependency for a number of useful packages.  An EPEL7 branch would be helpful for building these packages - in particular the calibre epub reader.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Whatever is current

I have a copr for libinput, but I guess that's not quite enough, right?

Alas, it is a BuildRequires for another package I'm trying to get into EPEL-7.

sorry for the delay here, I was travelling for a while.

no problem with libinput as EPEL package, but it relies on libevdev which isn't in EPEL yet but is scheduled for 7.2. I don't know what the best procedure here is - wait until 7.2 is out, or build libevdev independently? I'd rather avoid the latter, given that it's extra work
