Looks like Arch Linux has a patch:
https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/tree/trunk/puddletag-pyqt4.11.4.patch?h=packages/puddletag

Can you commit this patch and perhaps contact upstream about this? This only affects fedora 22+ at the moment and seems to be because of a change in pyqt4.
